Our primary function is to provide Canadian immigration services and assistance throughout the Travel Authorization (eTA) process and obtain Global Case Management System Notes (GCMS Notes) to allow non-Canadian residents to gain entry into Canada and those seeking Canadian Citizenship.
We will facilitate the immigration application process by conducting application submissions on your behalf and advising you of the end outcome. The Company will also have direct contact with our clients via email if more information or clarification is needed to complete the application. There will be no legal advisory service unless we have a retainer agreement between the client and the Company.
If you are applying for an eTA or GCMS notes, once you have submitted the application form on our website, in that case, the travel authorization application will be immediately sent off for processing. The approval of your applications is entirely based on the decision of the Canadian Authorities. For eTA, the processing time is based on the Canadian Government timelines (Approximately 24-72 hours). Still, if there are appropriate reasons to analyze your application further due to errors or incomplete sections, your application may be delayed.
Your eTA authorization will be valid for five years, but if your passport expires before the expiration date, you will have to apply for a new one. You can access Canada for multiple visits if your eTA authorization and passport are still valid.
Before you pay for the eTA authorization, you must double-check the information in your application form to ensure it is all correct. Make sure that you have fixed all mistakes before you submit the application. After reviewing your application, you will be required to enter your payment method for our service charge if paying online.
When placing an order via our site, you affirm that your payment method is legal and, in the specific case of using a credit card, that you are the authorized owner or have direct permission from the authorized card owner.

Our service charge is listed on our website and or in our retainer per application. All charges incurred within our service are charged in CAD, and the Government application fee and our service charge are also charged in CAD. The price of the CAD dollar is out of our control, so it is highly recommended that you consult the exchange rate before you make your application to have an estimate of the total cost.
You will be charged before service gets underway. You will receive an email at the address you gave in your application asking you to confirm the payment details. Make sure that you check your “Junk” and “Spam” email folders for this email.
After payment has been approved, your application will be sent directly to a data specialist that will carefully go over your application and make the necessary adjustments. You will also be sent an exact copy of your eTA Authorization to your email within 24 hours. As we are not to be held accountable for incorrect information the client has filled out; please ensure that your email address has been entered correctly. The official completion of our services is done when the responsible data analyst has sent a copy of the travel authorization application to the email provided. It is of the utmost importance that the client contacts us within 24 hours if they have not received this approval email.
If you are eligible for a refund according to what is considered suitable “Directives,” you must request it before we begin our service. In the case of an eTA application already being processed, sent off to the Canadian governing bodies or having a copy of the result sent to the applicant, then you are not entitled to any refund or credits. As the customer has already been made aware of the consumer “Directives,” they automatically make themselves ineligible for a refund after having our agents send a copy of the result.
Our refund policy consists of:- Your funds will be reimbursed to the same credit card you used for the original purchase, as we process payments directly with your financial institution. The refund will be in CAD dollars and your account within 20 business days. Also, note that we cannot be held accountable for any changes in currency value or fees directly related to international transactions. If the Canadian Authorities deny your application, you will automatically be eligible for a partial refund of 75%. You are NOT required to contact us via email requesting this transaction.
