By using the services of On-Track Immigration and Appeals (OTIA), to order you GCMS / CBSA/ CSIS Notes, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
The information accessed by OTIA is procured under the auspices of the Access to Information Act and the Privacy Act of Canada. OTIA is not affiliated with any Canadian Federal Government Agency.
The information provided by the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is delivered to you as is without any modification, concealment, changes or omissions. Upon the successful transfer of the electronic or paper files to you, the files are destroyed (deleted) after 25 days to protect your privacy. If you wish to retain our services for Canadian immigration, we may keep these documents in our files until the requisite destruction date according to the CICC / ICCRC regulations.
All electronic information obtained from you is handled and stored in accordance with the The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Please read our Privacy Policy for further information.

All transactions are non-refundable. This includes cases where the requested information is delayed or refused under the law by any federal agency. Only in exceptional cases where a payment has been made, but the request has not yet been filed with a federal agency, OTIA may consider refunds on a case by case basis, taking into account the reason cited for seeking the refund.
We at OTIA will endeavor to assist you in obtaining information from the Canadian and Provincial Agencies and will strive to accommodate your requests and process them as fast as we can. If a dispute arises out of, or in connection with this Contract, the parties agree to meet to pursue resolution through negotiation or other appropriate dispute resolution process before resorting to litigation.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. The parties shall submit all their disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in the Toronto Region, Ontario, Canada.
